- 8 Premium Steaks (standard is 1" thick, 2 per package) Ribeye, KC Strip, or Filet (depending on availability)
- 2 Sirloin Steaks (standard is 1" thick, 2 per package)
- 30 pounds of Ground beef (1 or 2 pound packages)
