At Kansas City Beef Company, we raise our own cattle — we’re out on the farm every day with the animals. That means when you buy from us, you know exactly how your beef was raised. We don’t rely on big-packers or middlemen; every steer is born on Missouri pasture and finished on our farm, under careful animal husbandry.
What is a "Side of Beef"?
A side of beef is essentially half of a steer, which can then be cut into individual steaks, roasts, ground beef, and other portions. At KCBC, you can order a whole side, half side, or quarter side, giving you flexibility whether you’re stocking up for a large family — or just want enough for a few months.
